Refundable Balance:
Refunds the available balance, including any funds remaining in the advertising account after all ad campaigns have been stopped for 3 hours.
Costs incurred during the use of Ad Solutions services are non-refundable.
Full refunds are issued only if the customer has not been granted a TikTok Ads account.
Warning:
Refunds for remaining balances will not be processed if the advertising account is suspended due to TikTok policy violations.
Common Reasons for Account Suspension:
Unauthorized promotion of products or services.
Promotion of prohibited products, like certain health and financial services.
Engaging in misleading advertising practices.
Modifications to landing page content that breach guidelines.
Payment Methods for Refunds:
Refunds are processed using the original method of payment and currency.
Processing Time:
Refunds are handled within 1-5 business days after account balance confirmation.
It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to be deposited, depending on the payment method and international gateways.
Note:
Refunds are not supported if the advertising account is suspended for any reason related to policy violations or other breaches.
