Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- One person may create one account. Multiple accounts may be subject to suspension.
Ad Accounts
- Agency ad accounts are provided through our TikTok Marketing Partner status.
- Ad accounts must be used in compliance with TikTok's advertising policies.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate TikTok's policies or our terms.
- Account approval is subject to review and may take up to 24 hours.
Payments & Funding
- All payments are final once processed.
- Refunds may be requested through our support team and are subject to review.
- Service fees may apply depending on the payment method used.
- We are not responsible for payment processing delays caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Ad Solutions Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
