These Terms govern your use of services operated by Ad Solutions Group LLC-FZ (Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE), trading as Ad Solutions Agency. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services & Eligibility
Ad Solutions Agency is an Official TikTok Marketing Partner providing premium agency ad accounts and support to advertisers worldwide. You must be 18+ to use our services. One account per person or entity; duplicates may be suspended.
2. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and ensure your advertising complies with TikTok's policies and applicable law. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Payment
Our service is free with 0% commission. Transactions are final once processed. Consumed ad credit is non-refundable; unused balances may be refunded per our Refund Policy. All amounts are in USD.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services lawfully and per our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include fraud, platform abuse, reverse engineering, and unauthorized automation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Solutions Group LLC-FZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and regulations of the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Ad Solutions Agency هي شريك تيك توك التسويقي الرسمي، توفر حسابات إعلانية احترافية ودعماً للمعلنين حول العالم. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل. حساب واحد لكل شخص أو كيان.
2. مسؤوليات الحساب
يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة، والحفاظ على أمان بياناتك، وضمان توافق إعلاناتك مع سياسات تيك توك والقوانين المعمول بها. أبلغنا فوراً عن أي وصول غير مصرح به.
3. الدفع
خدمتنا مجانية بـ 0% عمولة. المعاملات نهائية بعد المعالجة. رصيد الإعلانات المستهلك غير قابل للاسترداد؛ يمكن استرداد الأرصدة غير المستخدمة وفقاً لسياسة الاسترداد. جميع المبالغ بالدولار.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على استخدام خدماتنا قانونياً ووفقاً لسياسة الاستخدام المقبول. تشمل الأنشطة المحظورة الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام والهندسة العكسية والأتمتة غير المصرح بها.
5. تحديد المسؤولية
تُقدم الخدمات "كما هي." إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تتحمل Ad Solutions Group LLC-FZ مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية. لن تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية الرسوم المدفوعة في الـ 12 شهراً السابقة.
6. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات ولوائح منطقة ميدان الحرة، دبي. تخضع النزاعات للاختصاص الحصري لمحاكم دبي.
